CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage sampling. We have worked tirelessly to develop a world class pre-production sampling service. Sampling provides
peace of mind for you and for us. In general terms, pre-production samples will take two weeks.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF GARMENTS THAT CAN BE ORDERED?
Our MOQ is just one piece, and this also applies to reorders.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Your garments should be delivered to you within approximately four weeks after we receive your deposit and confirmed order form with you. If you
have any special turnaround requirements, please give us a call and we’ Il happily discuss them with you.
*If there are official Chinese factory holidays, it may extend the delivery time by approximately one week. China’ s official holidays incude ChineseNew Year, Qingming Festival, and National Day.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All garments must be approved by you before production This is done at the end of the design stage Approving design mocks ensure all parties agree to the artwork and garment being manufactured.
We rely on you to ensure names and numbers are spelt and allocated correctly on the garments.
Any errors in artwork, product type, speling or quantity that have been approved and supplied by you will not be refunded. We are more than happy to discuss alternate resolutions with you.
If you receive a faulty product (manufacturing or fabric, or design that does not match the approved artwork, we will gladly replace the product for you. Please return the faulty product so that we can assess where the issue arose and hopefully prevent it from occurring again.
We will not refund damaged items caused by incorrect use or activities unsuitable for the garment.
CAN YOU CUSTOM MAKE MY LABELS AND ACCESSORIES?
Yes, We can make your own neck labels with your brand. For sample and small run orders, we can make sublimation labels for free, For woven labels and other accessories there are some cost to custom made, If you need to contact us. Branding-custom all details with your logo, including woven
label, woven badge, wash label, hangtag, box, sticky tape, neck tape, etc;
Artwork Requirements
WILL THE COLOR BE EXACTLY THE SAME ON ALL THE FABRICS?
Color may vary slightly when applied to different fabrics. Different weaves can give colors a different appearance.
At Vaysports, we are committed to delivering high -quality products with consistent colors. However, due to the nature of the sublimation process, certain factors — such as fabric batch differences, ambient temperature, and humidity — may result in slight variations in color between different production runs.
Please be aware that a color deviation of up to 10% is considered normal and acceptable within industry standards. By placing an order with Vaysports, the customer confirms their understanding and acceptance of this condition.
